lt is operated by “Jungtinis projektas” MB, company code 306663980, registered office address H. Manto g. 7 LT-92128 Klaip\u0117da (hereinafter – Vasaroja.lt).
\nThese rules for using the Vasaroja.lt website (hereinafter – the Rules) establish the conditions for placing and reviewing advertisements and data, as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users of the website and other provisions.
\nWhen using the Vasaroja.lt portal, users are given the opportunity to place and review advertisements for proposed objects (hereinafter – the Advertisement) in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules. A user of the website is a person who has placed or wishes to review an Advertisement on the Website (hereinafter – the User).
\nThe Rules are binding on the User. The User expresses his\/her agreement with the Rules and his\/her obligation to comply with them by browsing the Vasaroja.lt portal. Persons who do not agree with at least one of the terms of the Rules do not have the right to become Users.
\nlt reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time at its discretion. If the User continues to use the Website after changing, amending or supplementing the Rules, this will mean the User’s consent to the changes, amendments and supplements to the Rules.
\nlt also reserves the right to adjust the services provided or terminate their provision for any reason without notifying the User.
\nlt website prohibits publishing information about other service providers, their names and services not related to Vasaroja.lt
\nRULES FOR PLACING ADVERTISEMENTS<\/p>\n
The User must place an advertisement only in the relevant Vasaroja.lt category designated for him (e.g., an advertisement about renting an apartment in Pervalka cannot be placed as a rental in another city section, e.g. Palanga). Only 1 (one) object may be advertised in one Advertisement.
\nUsers are prohibited from providing false information in the Advertisement. By providing data in the Advertisement, the User confirms and guarantees that the information provided is true and accurate.
\nIt is prohibited to offer an object in the Advertisement that the User does not have the right to dispose of.
\nThe Advertisement, in its content and visual composition, must not contradict generally recognized ethical or moral norms and valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, and must not incite discrimination or discord on any grounds.
\nIt is prohibited to use lt for illegal or inappropriate purposes, including, but not limited to, submitting, publishing, sending or storing any content on the Website that:
\nwould infringe any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, design, etc.);
\nwould be offensive, defamatory, discriminate against any person or otherwise violate any person’s right to image, name, privacy (telephone numbers, addresses, personal identification number, etc.) or honor and dignity;
\nwould pose a threat to the security of Vasaroja.lt or its database (programs or documents with viruses, etc.);
\nwould violate any legal acts.
\nIt is prohibited to place photographs and\/or video materials in the Advertisement, which will publish telephone numbers, personal document data, advertising or other information not directly related to the existing object.
\nBy placing photographs and video materials in the Advertisement, the User confirms that he has all the rights to use the photographs and that this use does not violate any rights of third parties.
\nBy placing the Advertisement, the User assumes full responsibility for the compliance of its content with the terms of the Rules.
\nBy placing the Advertisement, the User must comply with the instructions for placing the Advertisement specified on the Website and these Rules.
\nlt has the right to reject the Advertisements or delete them from the Website database without notice, as well as delete photographs in the Advertisement that do not comply with the Rules or legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
\nFREE USE<\/p>\n
Users can use the Vasaroja.lt portal services for free: viewing advertisements and using the information contained therein for legitimate and personal purposes (printing, forwarding the advertisement or information therein to the desired recipient by e-mail).
\nEach user receives their own unique page on our portal for free.
\nPAID PRODUCTS AND SERVICES<\/p>\n
The User has the right to place advertisements on the Vasaroja.lt portal in accordance with the portal’s terms and prices valid on that day.<\/p>\n
FINES FOR VIOLATION OF THE RULES<\/p>\n
The Provider has the right to delete or deactivate Advertisements in the Vasaroja.lt portal database without prior notice if they do not meet the requirements set out in these Rules.
\nThe Provider reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to the Vasaroja.lt portal or use of the Vasaroja.lt portal services at any time for violations of the Rules or for other reasons without notice. The User understands and agrees that upon termination of the User’s access to the Vasaroja.lt portal or use of the relevant services, the Supplier may, at its sole discretion, decide how to remove any information related to the User.
\nLIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/p>\n
The Supplier only provides technical means for the information (<\/p>\n
Advertisements) on the portal and is not a representative or agent, interested party or intermediary of any person.
\nThe Supplier is only responsible for the technical placement of the information provided in the Advertisement in the database of the Vasaroja.lt portal and the technical support of this database, if the Advertisement meets all the requirements of the Rules.
\nThe Supplier is not responsible for the inconsistency of the information provided in the Advertisement with reality and its content. The Supplier is not responsible for damage caused to the User or third parties due to the content of the Advertisement and\/or their placement on the Vasaroja.lt portal. Users must notify the moderators of the Vasaroja.lt portal about such advertisements by e-mail (info@jungtinisprojektas.lt) so that they can remove the offending advertisement.
\nThe Supplier is not responsible for losses that may arise from the use of information and\/or photographs specified in the Advertisements.
\nThe Supplier does not guarantee that the Advertisements will be deleted from the database of the Vasaroja.lt portal on the specified specific day.
\nThe use of the Vasaroja.lt portal is considered to be carried out flawlessly if the Vasaroja.lt portal or its database is fully available for 90% of the time per year.
\nThe Supplier is not liable for any disruption of the Vasaroja.lt portal or its database or for any losses to Users or third parties arising from technical reasons and\/or difficulties or other events that the Supplier cannot control or influence and due to which the User cannot use the Vasaroja.lt portal (internet connection failure, failure of computer equipment, telecommunications equipment or other equipment, etc.).
\nYou can submit a request\/complaint regarding a service purchased on the Vasaroja.lt website to the State Consumer Rights Protection Agency (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail tamyba@wtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 5l, fax (8 5) 279 1466, website www.wtat.lt).
\nCOPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS<\/p>\n
The Supplier is the owner of all rights to the content of the Vasaroja.lt portal and the Vasaroja.lt portal database and has the exclusive right to use them. All trademarks, designs, names, logos, etc. of goods or services presented on the Vasaroja.lt portal are the property of the Supplier or the Supplier has the right to use them.
\nAny modification, processing, copying and\/or other use of the content, design and database information of the Vasaroja.lt portal by third parties without the written permission of the Supplier and\/or in violation of the Rules is a violation of copyright and other rights, punishable under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This restriction does not apply to Users in relation to their Advertisements.
\nThe User agrees that the Supplier has the right to use the photographs of the Advertisements for promotional purposes of his company, without disclosing the User’s personal information. The User agrees that his Advertisements and other content published by the User, including any intellectual property, would become part of the database of the Vasaroja.lt portal, would be stored by the Supplier or its authorized persons and used in accordance with the methods established by law for an unlimited period of time, unless otherwise specified in these Rules. Neither the Supplier nor any other third party, using the Advertisements and\/or other content published by the User, will be obliged to pay the User any copyright or other remuneration for the use of such content.
\nFINAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n
The activities of the Vasaroja.lt portal are carried out exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from or related to the activities of the portal will be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in the competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n
PRICES<\/p>\n
The prices of the Vasaroja.lt portal are valid from the date of launch of the online portal and will be valid until they are changed and published in this section.<\/p>\n
